入住第一晚發現房間浴室只有兩樽衝涼液，沒有洗頭水，風筒也沒有，於是立即到接待處查詢，希望能更換及取回風筒，但接待處說要待第二天早上才通知housekeeper 處理，非常不便。另外，浴室的去水也非常差。

Our three-night stay in two standard twin rooms was quite disappointing. The amenities were inconsistent; despite photos showing coffee and tea, our rooms lacked them, and only one room had a refrigerator, which was odd since they were the same room type. The most significant issue was a faulty air conditioner in one room that soaked the carpet, leaving it wet and smelly. We had to spend a night in the unpleasant room before we could move. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent.

Location wise, no complaints, easy to access the city, but no kettle in the room. In the picture of hotel we saw a kettle, but in reality when we are inside the room, NO KETTLE!!!

Me encantó el hotel, mi vuelo llegó tarde y agradecí que hubiera recepción 24 horas. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones. Además está muy bien comunicado en tren tanto para el centro de la ciudad de Viena como para el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Generally, intercity Wien hotel has a good location but the room is very outdated and worn out with many not working amenities. Not sure if it is really a hotel with 4 star rating. The good 1. Location! Close to the main west Wien train station and subway. Right next to the supermarkets, restaurants and on the shopping street. 2. Internet is working. 3. Working AC is the hot summer. The not so good 1. Photos showed a kettle in the room which you is the reason I booked it among the multiple hotels in the vicinity. When asked the reception, was responded that the kettle is not for the room type and that I just have to purchase the hot water. Not great as this is a deception. 2. Faulty rubber sealing on shower door that cannot keeps the water within the shower pan, resulting in very wet bathroom floor. Hence have to bare with it and get house keeping the next day. 3. The bed was loped-sided and one side of the bedside lamp is not working.

酒店就在步行街上 旁邊也有地鐵。窗外就是一個鐘樓教堂。設施較新，衞生還可以。唯一不滿的是 沒有自動打掃衞生，需要提前一天去前台預約

整體還不錯，整個設施都很好，空間比較大，有免費的水，有化粧棉和棉簽，就是床舊一點，但衞生廳挺好。離維也納西站進站口步行5分鐘，到地鐵口步行4分鐘，樓下有超市，步行街，吃飯的也很多。唯一一點就是覺得服務很一般，不過整個維也納服務都那樣，都不咋地。性價比還湊合。

موقع الفندق بعيد عن السنتر لكن علي شارع تسوق شهير وبالقرب منك جميع الخدمات مطاعم كوفيهات سوبرماركت الغرفة صغيرة نوعا ما والموظفين متعاونين يوجد في الاستقبال ماء شرب مجانا والة صنع قهوة برسوم

靠近市中心。就在維也納西站旁邊。坐地鐵火車都很方便。去瑪利亞大街可以步行。但是那個大街沒有啥麼大牌。有dm,有 c.a.酒店樓下就是大超市。位置還是很好的。裡面也乾淨。就是國內如家水平。
